I work in an integrative, depth-oriented, and body-aware way, using conversation, mindfulness, somatic awareness, creative expression (like drawing or movement), and whatever else feels supportive to your process.

In-Network Insurance
I am currently in-network with Premera Blue Cross, LifeWise and Aetna.
If you are covered by one of these plans, I can bill sessions directly through your insurance. Your copay or coinsurance will depend on your specific plan.Out-of-Network Clients
If you have a different insurer, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I provide superbills after each session. Fees are collected the day of the appointment.

If you prefer not to use insurance or don’t have coverage, you are welcome to pay privately.
My current session rates are:Individual therapy: $150
Intake session: $200
Couples therapy (Private Pay Only): $150
I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots for long-term clients or those experiencing financial hardship.
